Collaboration — MoUs & Partnerships

Formal partnerships
built for the long term.

Memoranda of Understanding with engineering institutions, corporate partners and government bodies. Not signed and forgotten — active, ongoing relationships that produce real programs, real students and real outcomes every year.

// chip analogy — standard interface protocol
"When two IP blocks need to communicate reliably in a design, they implement a standard interface protocol — AXI, AHB, I2C — a shared specification that both sides commit to and both sides trust. An MoU is that protocol. It defines the handshake, the data format, and the timing rules for a long-term institutional relationship. Both parties know what to expect. The signal flows without ambiguity."

How MoUs Work at VLSI EXPERT

What an MoU with us actually means.

An MoU with VLSI EXPERT is not a press release. It is a working document that defines specific programs, responsibilities, timelines and outcomes. What it typically covers: which VLSI EXPERT programs are offered to the partner's students or engineers, what Synopsys tool access is provided, what certification is issued, who delivers what, and how success is measured.

For institutions, the most common structure is a Systematic Learning Program — a semester-integrated training module that VLSI EXPERT delivers for the institution's students on a recurring basis. For corporate partners, MoUs typically structure a talent pipeline arrangement or a recurring corporate training engagement. For government, MoUs define the scope of program delivery under specific funded initiatives.
